Golden Gate Drift Rd. 2

There’s California; home of the Golden Gate Bridge…and then there’s Northern California; home of Golden Gate Drift! The weekend of April 19th, The TBTM drivers and myself made our way to our first Pro-Am event as a team. We were able to get all the vehicles ready and prepped in time to compete in GGD’s Round 2 event at Stockton 99 Raceway. As stated by Luke, the founder of the GGD series, “This wasn’t going to be a walk in the park to make top 16.” As the morning unfolded and the.....

As many of you know this is Joe's 2nd season as a driver and already has competed in various series' such as Vegas Pro-Am, Stockton Boost Series, Sonoma Drift and now after this past.....

Tardiff Tuesday: The 2014 look of Joe Tardiff!

When the off season is in session what are your usual plans for your car? For most it would be giving their car some TLC after a long season of abuse, but for our driver Joe it was a little more in depth than that. After a full year running his Ford 302 he chose to step it up for 2014 by throwing in a LS1. The LS dyno'd at 380whp, which is a nice little increase and stepping stone for him to get used to this season. After our first Wednesday Night Drift here at Sonoma Raceway you can tell Joe.....

SEASON OPENER: Sonoma Drift Round 1.

3/1/14: The season opener for Sonoma Drift has come and gone. This was a hard weekend for a lot of drivers. On Saturday's practice day we had a lot of cars not adapt to well with the wet conditions of the race track which caused them to damage their cars to the point of no return for the comp on Sunday. This was a very unfortunate situation that left us with only 4 drivers to compete on Sunday. Despite us loosing drivers on Saturday morning, another hurdle we had to overcome was that another.....

Winter Jam 2013

Since 2010 we have been ending the Northern California drift season with our signature event Winter Jam, which takes place at Sonoma Raceway. Unlike the past two years of only having a one day event, this year we switched it up with a two day event. Day 1: Meihan Night! Probably one of the biggest hits this year has to be our Meihan event days, or how most people call it...MAYHEM! In an event such as this we take every car from a group which can range from 10-20 cars, and get them all.....

Driver gone Fabricator…Crick Filippi’s versatility

It's no question to the locals around the Vallejo, CA area that if you want any fabrication, roll cage, or custom motor swap work done you'll head over to Crick's Racing Fabrication (CRF). Crick is definitely an asset to TBTM not only as our fabricator, but also plays the roll as the driver who pushes the limits on every run he goes on. Crick has been building roll cages for 3 + years and they continue to out do the last one. He has many different applications under his belt ranging from.....
