Vegas Drift Pro-Am Rd.1

It came to no surprise when Joe told us he was attending Vegas Drift Rd. 1. Joe is pursuing every avenue possible in attempt to earn his Formula D Pro license this year by attending every Pro-Am series on the West Coast! Currently he is already enrolled in Golden Gate Drift and now Vegas Drift in hopes of making as many podium finishes as he can. Unfortunately none of us were able to travel down with him to Phoenix, but luckily we had two of our local Cali friends Nicole and Kevin who now.....

Stunt Bowl VI

What a lot of you are unaware of is that 50% of our team has come from a stunt riding background. Both Crick and Joe stunt-rode for years and became quite good at it in a short amount of time. With them being involved with this sport came great benefits. They had the pleasure of meeting cool people who would grow into close friends, and future supporters of our team now. The sport has rapidly grown since our drivers have left it behind them physically (not mentally). They have been holding.....

We want to wish our driver Joe Tardiff a very happy birthday! This guy has shown  an unbelievable amount of dedication to the sport we all love these past 3 years, and has been more of a pleasure as a part of our team and family. It's going to be great to see him grow as a driver in upcoming years and pursue his passion as a driver! Do us a favor and comment below with a "Happy Birthday" or whatever you feel fits! Thank you. TBTM’s Chris Filippi x /Drive Network

Before the Wednesday Night Drifts came to an end in 2014, Drive Network wanted an opportunity to sit down with our own Chris Filippi to discuss the sport of drifting. The purpose of this was to give the opportunity to someone who has never drifted a chance to drift a competition prepped vehicle, and in this case that was Drive's Michael Musto. Before the driving began Michael wanted to know who Chris was, his history in the sport of drifting, how far he plans on going etc. The interview.....

2015 Partner: XXR Wheels

Our XXR Wheel partnership started late in 2014, where we approached them for support not expecting anything to formulate till 2015, but to our amazement they moved faster than anticipated. We received our first shipment of wheels right before the infamous ASB14 track days at Willow Springs Raceway, and the last round of Golden Gate Drift Pro-Am. We made it a point to have the cars presentable for both of these events as they'd be the first time we would be showcasing the wheels for our new.....

Winter Jam 2014

The largest drift event in Northern California was the statement given when describing these 2 days of drifting. Needless to say...I did not fall short of it's name. Day 1: We had 5 layouts running hot at all times (FD Layout, Summer Jam Layout, Turn 11, Skidpad and a Figure 8 Pad) all of which were exciting! We were chosen to set up the layout for Turn 7 so we came as close as we could to duplicating the same layout Formula D ran back when Sonoma Raceway was one of their stops......

Just Drift – All Star Bash *ASB14*

Baseball has the World Series, Horse racing has the Kentucky Derby, Football has the Superbowl and Drifting has All Star Bash! This year would make ASB14! Last year was the first year that TBTM attended this 2-day driftathon at Willow Springs International Raceway (WSIR), and was set in stone that it would not be the last! This year we had all intentions of bringing all three drivers down to SoCal to compete in the Team Tandem, but due to some last minute major issues we had to leave with one.....

Golden Gate Drift Rd. 4 (FINAL BATTLE)

This past weekend was one for the books! This years' Golden Gate Drift season was definitely one to be remembered! GGD4 had some of the biggest surprises we've seen all year starting with Faruk Kugay obliterating his entire car into the opening turn. A photographer mentioned, "I saw Faruk coming a lot faster down the straight than in previous runs so I just put my camera down because I had a feeling something would happen". Faruk and the Limitless crew worked their a#%$@ off to get his car.....

Summer Jam 2014

This year's Summer Jam is one to remember, as this was the first SJ where TBTM came out on top! Unfortunately we weren't in full force due to Elijah's car still being under construction and Joe prepping his car for Top Drift Rd. 4 that takes place this weekend at WSIR. This year we didn't even have enough for a Top 16, which was a downer, but we made it work. There was still plenty of good drivers out there to make anything happen! After qualifying; they paired everyone up. First up.....

1-year Anniversary of Gearbanger Studios

If you follow our blog you will notice that we aren't shy about using Brandon Hallmark's photos. Brandon Hallmark started Gearbanger studios a year ago TODAY! This kid has been been shooting us since his first day so it is pretty awesome to see how his work has grown and his name has become as popular as it has. Brandon works hard to get to all events, but as a privateer photographer it is hard to travel to all the events that we attend, so when we see him at the track it is always a pleasure.....
